SHIPPING
AND DELIVERY DATE
The availability of the products depends
on their presence in the warehouse or on
the fact that some of them are tailor made
on request. In case of orders that include
several products, they will be shipped all
at once. The shipping processing starts
in the moment in which all products are
in stock. Therefore, if you buy products
with different availability time, the period
necessary to get the shipping started depends
on the products with the longer availability
time. Anyhow, the shipping time necessary
to deliver a product is always indicated
near the "checkout" flag in the
shopping cart page (please note that if
the order contains customized items, the
shipping time necessary to deliver is always
within 15 days).
Once the item has been sent, the delivery
time depends on the destination country.
In any case the shipping time is not binding
for PuroLino.it. PuroLino.it is not responsible
for delay or not delivering of the ordered
goods.
It is not allowed to fix a time for the
delivery and it's not possible to receive
goods on non working days. In case of your
absence the courier will leave a notification
with the useful data to fix another appointment.

SHIPPING COSTS
The delivery in Italy always costs 15,00
Euro; for the European and Extra European
countries the costs change according to
the destination country. In order to get
the exact cost of the shipping, click on
the flag "choose destination"
in the bar of the shopping cart and it will
be authomatically calculated according to
the current order. For the shipping in Extra
European countries, the shipping
costs also included the door to door taxes,
custom duties not included.
SHIPPING
ASSURANCE
At the moment of the delivery the customer
has to check:
- That the number of the items delivered
corresponds to what is written in the invoice
- That the packaging and the wrapping materials
are not damaged or broken.
Possible damages or the missed correspondence
of the number of the items have to be immediately
questioned to the courier by attaching the
writing "delivery with reserve"
onto the shipping document and sent by fax
or by secured mail within 7 days to PuroLino.it

Even if the packaging is intact the products
are to be checked within 7 days from the
delivery. Possible not visible damages have
to be communicated by fax or secured mail.
Any indication that doesn't respect these
requirements will not be taken into consideration.
The customer is responsible of any declaration.
Once the shipping document has been signed,
the customer can't question the external
features of the delivered goods.
