1) Which are the conditions of the delivery?
The delivery conditions for products bought through the web site require that you fill the order in each part carefully. The payment of the products is to be done in advance.

2) Which payment methods does PuroLino.it accept?
You can choose from the payment methods below:

The use and the storage of the data required during the check out in the web site are ruled by the italian privacy law. The credit card pin number will be never asked to you by mail.

The bought goods will be always sent to the address indicated during the check out through messenger.

4) Which are the times of the shipping?
Shipping times depend on the country of delivery:Italy or abroad. For more information click to the delivery time and cost. section. Remember that the times indicated there consider only business days and that delays may be incurred during public holidays.

5) Which is the availability of the products on sale?
The availability of every single product is clearly indicated in the web site.

6) What happens after I have bought a product?
Once the order is received you will get a confirmation e-mail (and a confirmation e-mail of the payment in case of a credit card's payment). Should we find any imprecision or need additional informations about the tailor made products, we will contact you directly by mail or phone.

7) How is my privacy safeguarded?

8) What should i do If i need commercial or technical assistance?
Should you need commercial informations before or after the purchase procedure you can contact us by mail and we will be glad to answer at all the requests needed.

9) What does the shipping date indicated in shopping cart page depends on?
The availability of the products depends on their presence in the warehouse or on the fact that some of them are customized on request. Shipping procedure starts in the moment in which all the products are realized. Therefore, if you buy products with different availability time, the period necessary to get the shipping started depends on the products with the longer availability time.

10) The payment by credit card is safe?
Differently from other web site, PuroLino.it it doesn't keep or store the data of your credit card because they are managed directly by the bank's system. During the payment procedures you will be shifted on the BankpassWeb circuit where you will insert your personal data that will be managed through an encrypted protocol.
